10 Tips to Cut Cancer Risk

I came across this article in the Straits Time dated 1 November 2007 and thought that it would be useful to share with my friends. The article highlighted that recent studies by 2 leading cancer research groups showed that excess body fat increases risk of 6 types of cancer. Ms Colleen Doyle, the American Cancer Society's director of nutrition and physical activity had said that weight, dietary habits and physical activity have a direct effect on cancer risk and lifestyle changes can indeed make a difference.

The article had listed 10 tips to cut cancer risk. Although i enjoy eating alot and find it difficult to resist junk food, i also believe that we should make an effort to minimise certain food that would be harmful to our health in the long run and try to exercise regularly to keep fit.
