Embrace Chilli


If you're Singaporean, you might already be a big fan. But they don't just add that wonderful kick to food, they're also great for your health. Research done at the University of Tasmania has shown that regular consumption of chilli can help your body reduce the amount of insulin it needs to lower blood sugar levels after your meal by 60 percent, lowering your risk of diabetes. It's also great for those who are prone to having sinus, as it can help ease nasal congestion.
