I went for lunch at Swensens restaurant at Northpoint with hubby recently and we were pleasantly surprised with its 1 for 1 lunch promotion deals (extended till end August 2009 with extended timing till 5pm) which includes all the food items in its menu. Plus, top up $2 and enjoy a soup, coffee, tea, soft drink or single scoop ice-cream.
There was a long queue outside the restaurant and we had to wait awhile for seats but it was really worthwhile as our total bill came up to only $25/- and i got to eat all my favourite sides dishes which was super sinful!!! I also had my favourite salmon mushroom baked rice which was real delicious as usual :> The promotion is from now till 31 August and only during weekdays, 11am to 5pm and i will definitely go back again with hubby before the promo ends.
