Healthier Homes


Shopping for a new abode? Pick one near a park. Living within 1km of a green space improves your health in many ways, according to research published in the Journal of Epidemiology and Community Health. Being close to greenery was found to reduce the risk of anxiety, heart disease, diabetes, asthma and migraines, among other diseases.
