Cooling Brew

After the festive visiting and feasting, try a detox using chrysanthemum tea. It's easy to brew and reduces heatiness in the body.

Ingredients:
4 tbsp dried chrysanthemum flowers
boiling water
1 tbsp wolfberries
Rock sugar, to taste (optional)

Step 1 Add the chrysanthemum flowers to a pot of boiling water and boil for 15 minutes.

Step 2
Remove the chrysanthemum with a sieve and add the wolfberries and rock sugar and boil for another 2 minutes. Serve warm or chilled.
