Ippudo has just become my most favourite place for ramen after i tried it earlier with my family at its Mandarin Gallery branch #04- 02/03/04 :> We ordered the Shiromaru Classic ramen with egg and the Akamaru Modern ramen so that we can try out the different soup base. Both are delicious but i preferred the Shiromaru Classic ramen for its delicious and light soup base. I also love the crunchy thin ramen at Ippudo! I will definitely be back soon for more of its yummy ramen and to try out its other side dishes.
Shiromaru Classic ramen with egg [Original recipe tonkotsu soup served with thin noodles, Rosu chashu (Pork Loin), cabbage, kikurage & scallions]
Akamaru Modern ramen [Original recipe enhanced with Ippudo’s special blended miso paste. Served with thin noodles, Buta Bara (Pork Belly), kikurage, scallions and fragrant garlic oil]
