Delicious Ramen Lunch @ Nantsuttei

Picture 1

My mum treated my brother and i to delicious ramen at Nantsuttei earlier and it was as delicious as Ippudo and Nantsuttei has become one of my favorite ramen place other than Ippudo which is my recent no. 1 favorite :> Nantsuttei offers tonkotsu soup (pork-based creamy-typed soup) ramen, which is derived from Kyushu area (west part of Japan). Their special and unique ingredient is “Ma oil”, which is a blend of seven types of deep-fried garlic with sesame oil. The harmony of tonkotsu soup and “Ma oil” is Nantsuttei’s most distinctive feature. Their noodle is mid-size in thickness and springy in texture, well-suited to the mix of tonkotsu soup and “Ma oil”.

I love its rich and unique soup base and gyoza which was fried to perfection :> We ended up ordering another servings of gyoza after we finished the 1st serving as we started craving for more!!! I love the simple and cozy decor of the restaurant and attentive service by the friendly staff. We ordered 3 bowls of Maru-toku Negi Chashu-men (S$17 each) and added tamago (S$1 each).

Maru-toku Negi Chashu-men is Nantsuttei’s basic ramen with all the toppings, shiraga negi, bannou negi, and chashu. This appetizing bowl is sure to satisfy any appetite! You can have all the delights of Nantsuttei’s menu in one bowl and we were all delighted and satisfied with our ramen and the generous portion of Chashu.

I would definitely be going back for more of its delicious ramen and gyoza :> Nantsuttei and Ippudo are definitely the best and my most favorite ramen restaurants in Singapore!!!
