Gil La-im (Ha Ji-won) in "Secret Garden" is unconscious.
In the 17th episode of SBS "Secret Garden" that was aired on the 8th, Gil La-im was in an accident and taken to the hospital but couldn't wake up. Previously, Joo-won's (Hyeon Bin) mother Moon Boon-hong (Park Joon-geum) threatened that she will remove Joo-won from his post.
Gil La-im cried, "I will say goodbye, I will disappear. Don't hurt him. I did wrong". Then she said so coldly, goodbye to Joo-won who came to see her and told him about her father and that she thought about him every time she saw him. "I lived 13 years without him. Please disappear".
After that Gil La-im gets involved in a car accident and falls into a coma. Joo-won holds her hands at her sick bed and shows sadness, "She is still in a dream. The peaceful look on her face shows that I'm not there".
Lim Jong-sonn (Lee Philip) also shows tears by saying, "Hurry and wake up Gil La-im. If you do, I will send you to Kim Joo-won".

In the last episode, it is expected that Joo-won will take La-im out into the rain to change their souls. Also, the song sung by Hyeon Bin himself adds to the sadness.
