Feeling Emotional...

30 March 2015…the day my baby finally weans off his milk bottle and starts drinking his fresh milk from his new Munchkin straw bottle after several failed attempts and changed of water bottles :) My little guy turns 2 this month and we went to the Zoo and River Safari on his birthday and he had lot of his favorite ice cream and cake treats this month. I will share more pictures soon.

Dearest J, you will always be mummy's baby and the person i love the most in the world. I hope you will stay healthy and happy always. He was supposed to attend playgroup since last November but hubby and i have not been comfortable with the idea of him attending school at such a young age and we decided to heed his PD's advice to start school at 3 so as to build up his immune system and since i'm able to stay home to take care of him. I look forward to more fun adventures with my little guy and cooking more delicious and nutritious meals for him.

Saying Our Farewell To Mr Lee Kuan Yew

Even as i'm typing now there are thousands of Singaporeans queuing patiently at the Padang under the scorching hot sun so that they can pay their last respect to our dear founding father, Mr Lee Kuan Yew. It was a touching sight to see my fellow Singaporeans, both young and old queuing orderly and quietly in the middle of the night when i was there with my mum on the first night. We are really thankful that we had a chance to pay our last respect to him. Thank you Mr Lee for all you have done for Singapore and rest in peace.

Farewell To Singapore Founding Father, Mr Lee Kuan Yew

I'm deeply saddened that our beloved founding father, Mr Lee Kuan Yew has passed away today and our whole nation mourns his passing. There was a time when people said that Singapore won't make it but we did! It was all thanks to Mr Lee who worked tirelessly his whole life so that we and future generations of Singaporeans can be proud to call Singapore our home. I'm really grateful for all that you and the first generation of leaders have done for our country during those difficult times when we declared independence. Rest in peace, Sir and  Majulah Singapura!
